Introduction

FELIXCREATIONS LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates AstroSeance, a Discord bot that computes astrological birth charts and readings. Because a birth chart requires your birth details, AstroSeance handles more personal information than a typical Discord bot — this policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

What We Collect

When you register with the /birth command, you provide:

• Birth date
• Birth time (optional)
• Birthplace (as a town or city — never a street address)
• Your Discord user ID, which links this information to your Discord account

From these we compute and store your astrological chart (planetary positions, signs, houses, aspects). When a server enables birthday alerts, we also store that server's configuration (server ID, channel ID, posting schedule) and, for users who opt out, an opt-out record.

How We Use It

• To compute your birth chart and serve your readings (/me, /chart, /transits)
• To announce birthdays in servers where an administrator has enabled alerts

That is the whole list. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or analytics, and we never sell or share it with third parties. Data is processed on infrastructure we operate; readings themselves are pre-written interpretive text keyed to chart geometry, not generated from your personal data.

What Is Shown Publicly — and What Never Is

• Your chart appears in a channel only when you post it with the /chart command.
• In servers with birthday alerts enabled, the fact that it is your birthday (month and day) is announced publicly. The alert never includes your birth year, age, birth time, birthplace, or anything from your chart. You can remove yourself from birthday alerts on every server at once with /optout, reversible with /optin.
• Your full birth details (date, time, place) are never displayed publicly. Chart images are rendered on the fly and are not written to disk. Your chart is only displayed to other server members when you yourself use the /chart command. Alternatively, charts may be displayed privately via the /me command.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your registration persists so your chart works across sessions and servers. Re-running /birth overwrites your previous details. To delete your data entirely, contact us at the address below with your Discord username and we will remove your registration, chart, and any opt-out record.

Children's Privacy

AstroSeance is available only through Discord, which requires users to meet Discord's minimum age (13, or higher where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect information from children below that age; if you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will delete the record.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
