AstroSeance Terms of Use

Acceptance

AstroSeance is a Discord bot operated by FELIXCREATIONS LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By adding AstroSeance to a server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

What AstroSeance Is — and Is Not

AstroSeance computes astrological birth charts and provides interpretive readings. Astrology is offered here as reflection and entertainment. Readings are not advice of any kind: they make no predictions about events and say nothing about your health, finances, legal matters, or relationships that you should rely on when making decisions. If you need medical, financial, legal, or psychological guidance, consult a qualified professional.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide only your own birth information when registering. Do not register someone else's details.
• Use the bot in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the service.

Server Administrators

Enabling birthday alerts (/birthdays setup) causes the bot to publicly announce registered members' birthdays (month and day only) in a channel you choose. By enabling the feature you accept responsibility for that disclosure being appropriate for your community. Members can remove themselves at any time with /optout, and you can disable alerts entirely with /birthdays off.

Availability and Changes

The service is provided free of charge and "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for use that violates these terms or harms the service or its users. You may stop using the bot at any time; to have your data deleted, see the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FELIXCREATIONS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made in reliance on astrological content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use the service (zero, for the free service).
